VISA CHECK CARDS ARE AVAILABLE ON CHECKING ACCOUNTS

Cards on the Pulse, Cirrus, Maestro, Moneymaker, Moneypass, Instant Cash, Novus Networks, as well as Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, and American Express may be used at all of our ATM locations. Our cards may be used at over 11,000 locations world wide, and everywhere VISA DEBIT is accepted! You may be charged a fee from other banks for the use of their ATM. No charge is made for Point of Sale transactions.

This contract is governed by Texas laws. Effective 9/1/99, section 35.531 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code provides that Texas law will apply to a contract made solely over the Internet between a person located in this state and a person located outside this state who does not maintain an office or agent in this state for doing business in this state unless each party to the contract who is located in this state is given notice that the state law of the state in which another party to the contract is located applies to the contract, and each party agrees to the application of that state's law.
